Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

• Payment is required at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including pricing errors, availability, or service area restrictions.

Landscaping & Lawn Care Services

• Service dates and schedules may vary due to weather, seasonal conditions, or operational needs.

• Estimated service timelines are not guaranteed.

• Hillside Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.

• Landscaping Materials – Final Sale

All landscaping materials are FINAL SALE.

• No returns

• No refunds

• No exchanges

• Once materials are delivered or picked up, the sale is complete. Customers are responsible for ordering the correct product type and quantity.

Apparel

• Apparel purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery & Pickup

• Landscaping materials are available for local delivery or pickup only within Linn and Benton Counties.

• Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather or availability.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Iowa law, Hillside Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
